How to get your testosterone into the low 1000's

Assuming that most of your daily life is normal, you're male, you are under age 50, and that there is nothing REALLY wrong with you - you have low testosterone. PERIOD. I don't mean low in the reference ranges; I mean low FOR YOU.
1st off: this is serious manipulation of your hormones through a synergistic effect of several methods combined - If that bothers you, please show yourself to the door.
2nd: Stop carrying your goddamn phone in your pants pockets. Charles Poliquin (a strength coach deserving of some respect) states that there is a high tested correlation between low T (testosterone) levels in athletes and a cell phone carried in pocket.
To examine this further, studies in the US are funded by cell phone manufacturers and carriers, most through indirect funding but in some cases quite blatant. Knowing who is paying for the studies lets you know what the study is trying to show. Here these US studies conclude no negative effect. Of course they do. Why on earth would you try to prove you sell a bad product? THIS IS RAMPANT IN US-PERFORMED STUDIES JUST FYI.
Now, if we check studies done elsewhere, where the studies are funded by medical research groups (such as the UK and other European countries), damn near all of them coincidentally agree with Poliquin's theory. Tim Ferris (an excellent author/researcher that cuts through the bias bullshit) virtually says the same: "of the dozens of studies that I found, most done in Europe (interesting parallel), more than 70% concluded the same thing: cell phone radiation impairs sperm function. The explanation for how it does this varied, but the outcome was never good."
A very clear example of this was shown in a study from 2009, where male rats were exposed to cell phone radiation for ONE HOUR A DAY, FOR 28 DAYS. The rats then had seriously negative affects on semen quality and the conclusion reached was that this radiation exposure impaired male fertility.
WAIT lemme get this straight these rat were exposed to cell phones for ONLY ONE HOUR A DAY? Imagine, if you will, what this does to a human who voluntarily exposes his jewels to this radiation for more than 8 hours a day? No bueno. Turns out Poliquin was right all along through a variety of mechanisms.
Bottom line is if you are NOT serious about moving you phone elsewhere - even an armband made for mp3 players and iPhones - you can forget about having your testosterone at a high level for you.

This is not a polite suggestion.

SO now you know where to keep your phone - away from your waistline anywhere. In a backpack, on an armband, in your car, in the desk, wherever. Just NOT in your pants pockets. This alone should help considerably and should you not follow through with it, your results, even with strict adherence to the rest of the protocols, will suffer tremendously.

Next: Find the food-supplements:
You will need 4. These are:
...not so much this.
This...

1)Ginger, 5+grams a day - see these following articles/studies:
http://www.ergo-log.com/gingerdoublest.html
http://www.ergo-log.com/gingertest.html
Apparently between 5-10 grams a day and magic starts happening. Caution: starting too aggressive with ginger dosing will cause serious digestive disturbances. Please dont take so much you shit your pants.
Start mild, such as 500mg per meal; if you eat 5 meals a day that gives you 2.5 grams/day. That's half of where the magic starts. You MAY go through a period of stomach issues but if you keep at it with a mild dose you will adapt. Once you have adapted go ahead and increase the dose slowly to bring you up to 5 grams/day. This will be the limit for most people to need to generate an increase in test levels. The study states that after 4 weeks testosterone levels doubled on the test group. If this happens in humans you have to assume your levels are pretty low to begin with, lets say 300ng/dL. Doubling this brings you to 600ng/dL, which is a decent increase. I wont believe it will increase anyone quite that much, but this is just one of the supplements that work together in a synergistic fashion.
EDIT: after reviewing the studies further and several others, it became apparent to me that they were referring to a 'ginger-extract' - while ginger is plenty potent, the extract itself used in these doses should generate the necessary effects without generating the stomach issues that DO work themselves out over time.
Personally I'd switch to the ginger root extract if I were you.

I prefer their liquid version actually.

2)Vitamin D3 - 3000 - 5000 IU twice daily, upon waking and before bed.
This one is a real no brainer, at least on the surface. IF you get a few hours of sun each day, back it off a bit; you may not even need to supplement this at all. If you start getting a metallic taste in your mouth, however, you have exceeded the necessary amount. Vitamin D IS toxic in heavily excessive doses, so to be perfectly honest, the metallic taste is your warning shot. Take the same dose for a week straight without backing down from the warning signs and you will have serious fucking problems. If you are outside more than 4-5 hours a day leave this for last. IF however, you are indoors the majority of the day, a good place to start with is 3000 IU twice daily. Getting this tested (its fairly cheap) before starting would be smart - Check out SpectraCell or ZRT on the internet for getting Vitamin D test kits.

3)Fermented Cod Liver Oil + Vitamin rich butter fat: 2 capsules, twice daily; upon waking and before bed.
AS BAD AS IT SOUNDS, you dont actually taste these and these, make no mistake, are the MAGIC.
You can find these online at a variety of shops, search for Blue Ice Royal - or you can purchase from the source - greenpasture.org - be warned that this is a small supplier and you may have to search elsewhere, such as perfectsupplements.com or Amazon.
There are no warnings on the dosing of these, unless you take double the recommended dose, just be warned you will be a single-minded, teenage boy again (in your head and in your desires).

4)Brazil Nuts: 2 upon waking, 2 before bed.
These are good for people deficient in selenium, which is surprisingly more frequent than imagined.
DO NOT take handfuls a day - you WILL break out in the worst acne of your life - this has been verified by EVERYONE who has performed the protocol. And there is no added benefit to taking more than the recommended dosing.

Hit these for a few weeks and see if you don't feel incredible. Regardless, a smart man would check his testosterone both before and after to see exactly where this raises you to. Being high on YOUR test scale is important and improves your quality of life. I would think that it wouldn't need to be said, but IF you are taking exogenous (synthetic, i.e. through a needle or orally) testosterone derivatives this of course wont do anything for you. And you would be much higher on the scale than anyone naturally would be.

These are what comprise the testosterone protocol.
There are tweaks here and there but to each his own. Stinging nettle CAN be added to lower SHBG but has not shown an appreciable synergistic effect in this case. Cold showers also can help raise GH and test levels but honestly work more for keeping one calmed down more than anything.

If you try this let me know how well it works for you I have a curious interest in this, here in the US.
