Unorthodox Fitness

As the name says, this blog is about unorthodox methods to achieving and exceeding very high standards of fitness. There are MANY controversial topics covered here (rule rather than the exception), and if you disagree, know that I don't care and will not argue with you about it. Anything you try on here is at your own risk, but know that in all cases these methods have been performed on myself, and almost all have been certainly performed on others.
